My son bought a new Rebel and it has now been in their shop for 5 months and they still haven't figured out what is wrong. He asked for a refund since problems started within two weeks. They refused a refund and would take it back as a trade in for $13,000 less than what he paid for it. Definitely don't buy from here unless you want to be cheated!!!
This is for Aransas Pass Texas not Oxford Mississippi. I brought my truck in because of the ABS light Taylor said that they would need a couple days to check it out it seems that disconnecting battery cause the issue and they took care of getting everything reset and ensuring that there were no issues these are great guys over here and I highly recommend them and their service team
Would highly recommend. They restored my vehicle window tinting and inside detailing that another company had messed up. Allen Samuels staff was great to me -- when I came in I carried frustration from the other company that messed up my car -- they listened answered and got my car where it needed to be. The professionalism and the efficientness of my experience was amazing!!! I was in contact with my sales person and because I lived in Corpus we did all of our negotiations over the phone and then my car was delivered to my house. It was such a seemless transaction. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have been loyal customers for 2 years to the Allen Samuels Aransas Pass Service Department. In the last year, the customer service has gone to non-existent. They are rude and the service manager has no concern for customer satisfaction. We had to purchase a new vehicle, and due to the service departments rudeness and poor service, we chose to go elsewhere. They are crooks, bought a car from there and found that the car was totaled in New York. Bought back by dodge and then sold to me. Returned car and got a different one. It was ok till I needed a service. Vouch the service package and when I called about it cause my bill was $300. I was told it was cancelled so they gave me a number to call. First of all I wish to tell you I was treated fairly by the service department. And it’s representative Chuck. I will be eternally grateful for his assistance in getting me one of your loaner cars as I had to put my wife in the hospital for surgery and $50 a day for a rental car was impossible far a retiree.

Very unhappy with service department!!! Took truck in for fuel pump, received defective part. Part was not checked to make sure it was working properly after installation!!! Immediately had problems starting the truck. Took truck back and had to wait 3 more days to get new part installed, even though we paid for overnight delivery on original order!
